"The ac unit was making noise"

"I didn't like that no one was at the front desk when I came to check in. Had to call the number on the sheet on the desk and wait for someone to out. Room could have been cleaned a bit better, but it was alright. I like having a fridge and microwave. My top complaint is the water in the shower never got hot. Even turned all the way up, it was only ever warm. Overall, hotel was pretty decent for the price."

"The “continental” breakfast amounted to 3 choices of pre-packaged donuts or pastry, a dispenser with orange juice or coffee. The coffee was good. There is NO daily maid service, in fact NO maid service AT ALL unless you request it. You get what you pay for, I suppose."

"The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless"

"Good breakfast- we really enjoy our breakfast. my recognition to the lady who works in the kitchen she does excellent job- very nice person so kind person. Say HI to her in behalf me and my husband. Room was clean , beds are comfortable. Bathroom are clean- just need make sure to refill shampoo, conditioner and body wash it was not enough for our stay (3 nights). I will reserve this hotel for future visit and recomen this hotel."

"I was in Hastings to participate in the Run for the Roses 5k and my wife and I stayed at the Confluence. It was all that I had hoped it would be when I booked my stay. The hotel itself was amazing, situated right on the banks of the Mississippi River. The room was fantastic as was the staff. It's close to parks, restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk. Will DEFINITELY book this hotel when we're in Hastings again"

"I will not stay here if I had a choice I got a late arrival which I told the staff ahead of time but even though upon arrival the staff was very rude and condescending. She acted like I was not prepared for check-in and didn't it even have a reservation. The room was all right. The curtain was broke in the lights didn't work. The Continental breakfast basically consisted of coffee and maybe some sliced bread"

"Could tell the room wasn’t cleaned trash cans still had trash in them bar of soap was opened used and left on the bathroom counter mirror and sink was water spotted and not cleaned no wash rags air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the breakfast was awful oh yeah and the lady in heels above me pacing her room at 6am so I couldn’t sleep sucked as well"
