I appreciate that the front desk receptionist was polite and helpful, unfortunately the overall condition and maintenance of the property fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, there was a trash bin left inside the elevator and a cart sitting unattended outside. What was concerning is that even after multiple trips back and forth, these items remained in the same position, which gave the impression of poor upkeep.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The options were extremely limited, consisting mainly of waffles, bread, and coffee, with no protein options such as eggs, bacon, or sausage. I have stayed at another Baymont hotel in the past, and that experience was very positive—the property was clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. In comparison, this stay felt significantly below the standard I expected from the brand.
Overall, based on my experience, the hotel appears to be poorly maintained and did not meet the standard I have come to expect. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for improvements moving forward.
