This was my first time staying at this hotel. Customer service was amazing. Always greeted when I was coming and going. Breakfast was good. The bar on the 9th floor was good as well as the view was beautiful!! Next time I visit Dallas this hotel will be my first choice.

I was completely surprised by TRU! It’s a no “fluff” hotel but artistically creates an efficient and pleasant environment. The staff are delightfully engaging and helpful. The property is spotless and each member takes pride in creating hospitality in “my hotel”.
