"Clean, well-decorated room and a nice breakfast experience. I found the room to be quiet, even though there was construction underway right across the street. Walking distance to downtown SLO. My only complaint is that it’s on a relatively busy corner and it can be a slight nuisance getting in and out of the parking lot. That was a minor issue though, and the experience overall was amazing!"

"I have stayed there several times and have a good experience every time. I like that it is close to downtown and they also have happy hour. Breakfast is good and the staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel provides great breakfast which is satified and healthy. I skiped it on the first day but immidaitely regret when I tried it on the 2nd day. Be aware the noisy at night, the hotel is near a bank parking lot which could be noisy at night. That's the only downside for me to stay here."

"The on-site laundry room was super helpful in the middle of a long vacation with a lot of our dirty clothes! The outdoor games and sitting area were so fun and relaxing and cute. Absolutely loved the decor of the whole place. They have a restaurant that had trivia going on while we were there and the staff was super nice!"

"First the good... Location is easy. Property is cute. Lots of parking. Room.wqs tiny but no big deal. I really loved the little outdoor patio area. Service could have been better.For one, the lady who checked us in seemed tired and just over her job. She didn't tell us about any of the amenities. We went to the pool assuming we could use the room key to access it as is typical. But no, we needed a code and had to go fetch it from grumpy pants. Finally and most egregious of all, the hot tub...

"The room was clean and nice. The shower was big. Only thing I didn’t like was that the hallway was musty smell when I got off the elevator. Other than that, everything was good!"

"They were going to charge me $10 for checking in early, but did not when I said I would check in latter. I asked for the first floor. We are over 80. They put us on the second with no elevator."

"This property was shown on Expedia to be nice and updated. It was not. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling the floors and doors and furniture were old and scraped."

"This is just one of the old school hotels, where you park in front of your door. No fancy lobby. No restaurant. Nothing. Just a small, old, room to sleep in. Perfect for what I needed. It was clean and the bed was comfy. No frills. The minor downside is that the walls are thin, the floors squeek...so you can hear people and them walking around. But it's fine. I didn't stay here to be at a resort. Perfect for that parameter."

"This hotel was decent . Room was clean but outdated could use newer furniture. Beds were comfortable and pillows. Felt safe around the area. They had some fast food restaurants in walking distance and downtown San Luis Obispo was near by too. Had a pool but did not use because it was not that hot. Recommend for a quick stay."
