"My current stay was very unpleasant. I found a used condom behind the bed I made staff aware of the issue a picture was taken and uploaded to the staff’s group chat the condom was not removed I was advised to come back to the front desk the next morning to ask for the room to be cleaned. The next day I was told I was too late to have room cleaned. After expressing my concerns a housekeeping manager was called who only made excuses and accused me of refusing cleaning services which was not accurate. I did express my concerns to the general manager who only apologized for the incident and advised he would speak with the housekeeping staff. I don’t feel like that response and course of action was not sufficient do to the nature of the incident. I am very disappointed and will never stay with them again. "

"The room was awful. I didn't want to walk on the carpet. The bedspreads had holes. The blankets had holes, from smokers. The refrigerator had mold. The bathroom/shower was so small, couldn't close the door. The paint touch-ups didn't match many times. Too noisy. The check-in was done behind a plexi-glass opening. The gated parking lot was the only good thing."

"The staff member stole my credit card number and made purchases and had them shipped under his name to the hotel. I disputed the charges with my credit card company but I don’t recommend staying here. I reached out immediately after we tracked down the order and found out it was shipped to the guy at the front desk. After research with Best Buy / this has happened numerous times with this same guy. "
