"Hotel staff were excellent. Room 411 was very hot, ac didn’t work and the window ventilation wasn’t enough to cool the room off. Lounge/ bar staff were great the first night. 2nd night their service was very poor. We waited 30 minutes to get waited on and it took another 25 minutes to get the order. It wasn’t that busy in the bar and with 4 waiters and bartender it should have been manageable. After having them walk by us and not acknowledging our table a couple of times and we sat and watched them talk with each other looking around and relaxing, I decided to go up to the bar for a second order. The waiter took it but it never came. Waited another 20 minutes for our 2nd round of drinks and decided to cut our losses any further and went back to the bar and paid for our first round. The waiter asked if everything was ok and I told him that the service was very poor. We were needing our bill since our last order wasn’t coming. He was the waiter I made the order with and he pretty much told me that sometimes orders are not put in and that I should be ok with it. Be aware that depending on the night the service maybe very good or very poor."
