"Its a really charming hotel!!! Very unique. We stayed at a suite with a tub. We loved our stay. The hotel has a great location and the food is really good. If I have yo point something is that everything was very dusty in the room. Lots of dust every where (lamps, night stand, etc) you passed the hand and get a lot of white dust on it. "We were disappointed with our stay. The room was quite small, and the room rate was too expensive for the quality provided. The double bed was excessively soft, feeling almost like a water bed, and it should be replaced. In addition, the shower head was not properly secured—the screw was loose, causing water to leak sideways throughout every shower. "Location is very convenient, room is nice but lots of issues : 1)- thermostat doesn’t work well, room either too hot or too cold. Notify staff and nothing was done. 2)- Mirror in bathroom if too dark and not useable. 3)- Staff on weekend has no knowledge of anything else except checking in and our for guests. 4)- Breakfast is nice but eating in the dark and low ceiling basement is not a way to start your day. 5)- management is completely out of touch on the weekend."

"This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for myself, my husband and our grown daughter. Great restaurants, delicious coffee and beautiful parks all within easy walking distance. Proximity to the university gave the neighborhood a fun vibe. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The place is beautiful and staff very helpful and friendly. We happened to be there the same weekend as a huge wedding and despite the extra business everything flowed perfectly. Plenty of space and variety at breakfast too. The only downside I wished I'd known, is that part of the reason we chose this hotel is that they have a laundry room available. "Booked last minute due to extremely unsanitary conditions at previous booking, and left stuck in Bergen for 3 days with no where to stay, and no phone service without wifi. They were fantastic, clean, and gave discounts to two conjoined businesses. Soya had fantastic food (the vegan options were delicious!!!) and is where the complimentary breakfast is served in the mornings. Beautiful location, well lit rooms, spacious."
