"Room wasn’t what was booked and told nothing else was available. But when for to the room and the window immediately fell off and couldn’t be closed another room was miraculously found! Had to wait over an hour for the new room (at midnight). Absolutely no follow up from anyone after this - disappointing."

"Ok so the place is a little run down but the room I had was large . I even had a bath tub . The bed was clean and comfy . The included breakfast was really good ( very good ) so overall it’s good value for money . In a great spot too so you can walk to most things and I walked from the train station . As long as you not a neat freak it’s good value "
