It was hard to communicate with the staff because they couldn't speak English. We work it out with help from the owner who was in Germany through a phone call. The staff is friendly and welling to help at all times.

Somerset Yangtze River Chongqing
Good sized room, clean, checkin and checkout efficient, not sure about the location as I didn't get chance to walk around much! Perhaps 15 minutes from the subway but didi is cheap enough. Used the place as a hotel rather an apartment so didn't need the kitchenette etc but it all looked decent.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Chongqing. It's an apartment - style hotel. The facilities are extremely complete.
