"After we checked in, my girlfriend and I found the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was promptly replaced and things were back in order. The bed could’ve had a thicker mattress and the room didn’t have a tv, otherwise we were pleased with the room.
We enjoyed the delicious room service meal during our evening, and the grounds and beach were very nice and clean."

"They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. "I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the Philippines. The staff was very respectful, attentive to my needs and questions. The service at the Aqcua restaurant was so great, each morning we were greeted with a warm welcome and they remembered our drink preference every time. "Had a wonderful time and got to visit sister company Mangodlong Rock Resort for free. Accessible to surrounding restaurants for a short walk by the shore. Close to the pool and ocean. Our room is an ocean view and it’s amazing woke to an ocean view."
