"Front office staff was great! Asked a maid for extra towels on our first day and never received room service after that. The only other time we saw a maid was at 9:30 AM when she knocked on our door and told us it was time to checkout. Check-out time was supposed to be at 10! Breakfast was mid. Only one juice worked and the hot foot stayed empty both days. We were in a king suite and the air conditioner doesn’t reach the side of the room that has a bed so it was hot!"

"The room was nicely updated and clean. The beds were ok on comfort, really the room was good overall. But it was a horrible sleep because we attempted to use the laundry facilities and that was a nightmare -with faulty equipment the 1 load took 5 hours and was still wet so at midnight we were busy hanging clothes around the room instead of sleeping, just to wake up early to put it back in the dryer."

"I did not stay there. I refused to stay. The place was terrible. I want my money back. I have tried to get ahold of Expedia service to report this. I dont recommend anyone to go there to stay. I have never been in that type of place. Very nasty & not a place I would ever want to be in again."

"Rooms were dirty, food was only cereal and waffles. If that! No juice in machines. Rooms were way below par and honeslty hotel should t be open to public only to people living there since thats what it is anyways. "
