Very nice overall, however this is not a 4-star hotel due to the lack of isolation in the rooms (you can hear your neighbors stomping around on the floors above you) and you can smell sewage every now and then, and the bathrooms need some serious attention: best if they could surround the bathtub ...

Room was very clean. Bed mattress not the best - as well as the pillows. Breakfast very crowded in the morning and staff felt a bit overwhelmed by the number of people.
