"Room had cockroaches and they were pretty run down. The stuff we’re very polite, good and accommodating. Hotel needs major renovations. I will not stay there again, unless the hotel does major renovations. Location is excellent."

"Nothing that was offered was there. Bad location, they forgot to send the shuttle to pick up , nothing in the room, wifi only in certain spots of the Lobby and hardly worked. In brief, not good at all."

"22:30pm my door was opened by the receptionist, they then poked something through the door to unlock the safety latch. And just walked into my room, I got out of bed to ask what they were doing, they said "oh, I thought you were still out" and left. In the morning the same staff member was on reception, no apology or explanation was given. "
