"Room was spacious and clean with weell functioning AC. The staff were efficient and kind. The rooftop restaurant served a very good breakfasts with lots of options and the happy hour was reasonable and of good quality. Overall a good location and a nice place to stay."

"Nothing that was offered was there. Bad location, they forgot to send the shuttle to pick up , nothing in the room, wifi only in certain spots of the Lobby and hardly worked. In brief, not good at all."

"The place is what you pay for I guess. You'd think £60 would go farther in Tanzania but apparently not, Arusha is expensive.
Basically, rooms are like prison cells, bathrooms terrible, and it took a few tries to find a room with working aircon. Staff were friendly enough if a little inefficient.
What is with having to ask for toilet paper all the time - just have some in the room, its a basic necessity!!!"
