"Breakfast was fine-be aware that they provide boiled eggs and cold cuts. The pastries are freshly baked. Good selection of cold cereals, breads, etc. Nice start to the day! Breakfast staff are friendly. Suite was very nice with well stocked kitchenette, two nice tv’s. Also had a washing machine. I had booked a ground level suite which is not the first floor-it is the lower level (stairs/elevator)"

No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room. We also had some issues with cleanliness. "So….we had booked elsewhere originally but that booking was cancelled due to fire, so Expedia rebooked us here. And they paid the additional charges. (Of course I was expecting something fancier) The location, is great….you are within walking distance of lots of things, tube is 5 mins away. The place itself….a complete let down. "It was a very disappointing stay. upon arrival they did not have our reservation, desk clerk could not address the situation and he had to call India to have them handle the matter. Learned that two weeks prior the property had been taken over by another firm. When they did find the reservation they advised it was for five nights when in fact it was for six. They found a reservation for five nights, i had called back to them and added a sixth night that was booked as a one night reservation....

Ik kwam vroeg in de ochtend aan in Londen en had me zwaar vergist in het weer (het was zonnig en warm). "The front desk arrival was unique as it co located with a cute café. The staff was very helpful and our room was perfect for our group (2 couples and 1 child). The neighborhood was clean and convenient for sightseeing. To top it off we had spectacular view from our room on the top floor!"

"Great 1 bed apartment with well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and large bathroom. In the bathroom was a full bath with shower over. I was a little surprised that there weren't any grab rails to help get in and out of the bath in order to have a shower. However, for me it wasn't an issue although other guests might find them really helpful. Otherwise, the building is in an excellent City location. Another guest gave a negative review because from the rumbling of the tube line as trains...
