The overall stay was excellent - 9/10
The views from, both the lounge & the main bedroom, are spectacular - we were treated to a constant toing & froing of a variety of vessels, seals, the arrival & departure of a huge cruise liner (the Silver Wind) & just before our departure the arrival of a large paddle steamer (the Waverley).
Having looked at adverts for several apartments in Dartmouth we believe that this apartment is very competively priced.
Once you get used to the parking restrictions you are always able to park, at zero cost, nearby and every night we were able to park just outside the premises from 4pm to 11am the next morning.
There are some small negatives but they are all subjective and the above outweigh them all. The biggest of these are the external stair access but at the age of 79 I still managed them even when it was pouring with rain.
We are already looking to rebook the apartment for a break in November.
