"This hotel is beyond awful! We didn't even stay there because it was disgusting. They should not be on this website and I think we need to get our money back. We reserved a king size bed and it was no where near a king. Other people reserved this place too and it was so sketchy they left too..!"
"We've stayed here multiple times before and it's usually been a great experience. We went there over the weekend for Concordia's graduation, so you would think they would expect things to be busy. They were completely booked and probably have been for awhile. Check-in was great and we had a nice conversation with the gal on Friday night. Breakfast is advertised as being open from 7:00 - 10:00. On a busy weekend, you'd think they would keep things filled for their guests. Saturday morning was fine, but on Sunday, as we got to the breakfast nook at 8:45, with an hour and 15 minutes left to serve, they were 1) out of coffee at the bar, 2) pancake batter was water (no mix), 3) no syrup packs out even if we could make a waffle, 4) scrambled eggs were gone, 5) the few sausage patties that were out were cold and 6) the napkins were gone even had we got food. Other than that......well, that's basically everything other than dry cereal and bagels/bread. Total fail. The young man said he could make more eggs and put more pancake batter in the machine, but 10 minutes later there was still nothing. And the young lady at the desk was more interested in her phone than refilling anything. So before a 4 hour drive home, we had no breakfast as advertised. Do better!"
"Staff very friendly
Breakfast… minimal at best
Room clean but needs upgrade
Bathroom tub narrow and shower only for short people !!! Hairdryer not working"
"This area looks very new - with the casino right next door - the hotel seems really new as well. Our room was very nice; although it didn’t have a luggage rack, which was minor. Large shower, fluffy towels (but lacking much for towel bars), and in room shampoo and supplies are top notch.
The breakfast was extensive: scrambled or hard boiled eggs, waffle maker, toasting variety, yogurt with MANY toppings, hot oatmeal also with numerous toppings and BACON!! Coffee, milk and various juices made this an outstanding buffet style breakfast. Oh, and had the weather been warm, the patio outside the breakfast area looked very inviting! So all in all, this hotel gets high marks from my husband and me. We will stay here again on our way through - and maybe even have time to hit the casino next door!"
"The hotel was clean and the room had the basics, but kids playing in the stairwell unsupervised by parents or reprimanded by staff made one night noisy. Breakfast menu does not include eggs. "
