"The outside of the building doesn't give you a good impression at all. The rooms have been renovated but some of the room was lacking in cleanliness. For example the mirror in the bedroom was grossly streaked (like someone used a very dirty scummy rag to wash and didn't bother to wipe) I had to use the shampoo provided to wash the jacuzzi because it was so slimy. I didn't dare fill the tub up to the jets and the floor in the bathroom was very sticky. The breakfast was smaller then other restaurant styled "free breakfasts" I'm sure I only received one egg in my scrambled eggs. It was a tasty breakfast. However, despite those things the room was clean and cozy. I know staff work hard and it's easy to miss things, so my gratitude goes out to the staff. Thank you for your hard work."

"The hotel was new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Room was large with good amenities. Fitness center was good. I removed a star because the listing clearly states that there is a pool and even has pictures of the pool but yet when we stayed there in early May 2026 there was no pool and we were told it’s still under construction. I picked this hotel specifically because of the pool so the listing feels misleading."
