"Require a 250 dollar deposit that was not mentioned when booking. Staff told me at checkin that I would receive my deposit when I checkout out. LIE. they refund you at checkout yes BUT they very conveniently forgot to mention that its takes 3 to 5 business days for you to actually receive your money back. I also had problems with my parking pass for the Hyatt parking lot and I called the hotel for assistance. Since my ticket wasnt working they gave me a new ticket free of charge. So the next day when i actually checkout and get in my car to leave the ticket that was just given to me NO LONGER WORKS. so I call and ask why the pass they JUST gave me last night doesn't work. Its because it expires at 6 pm and I was leaving at 8pm. I tried explaining to them that I was never informed of that and I received MAJOR ATTITUDE. she just kept repeating over and over "we don't own the parking lot company". Ok??? If your printing off and handing out tickets for this company you should explain the rules and regulations. So I had to pay TWICE. I am never coming to a Hyatt ever again in my life. Rude unhelpful staff with attitude problems."

"I stayed at another sonesta hotel in Florida which is why I chose this one and so glad I did! I had one of the rooms with a city view which was great. The staff was also very helpful and kind. I was initially checked in by Deo. I did arrive early so my room wasn’t ready so I agreed to a different room but it wasn’t one with a view and I didn’t like it so I went back down and another lady helped me switch back to my originally room. I don’t recall her name but she was very patient. The rest of my stay, Zack helped me and he was really sweet. The only downside is the parking. It’s $32 per day for an in and out pass since the hotel doesn’t own the parking lot so it quite expensive. Other than that, I loved my stay."

"The fridge couldn’t fit a single item I had, and no microwave. But as far as a place to stay for a night, I couldn’t be happier. If I had to stay for more than a night perhaps it would’ve been some issues. But this is a great location, and they were world class in terms of providing a great hotel despite construction and renovation on several floors. I’d stay again if I needed a place in MPLS for a night."

"Poor chlorine was absolutely awful, no hot tub! Never got room service- needed towels and garbage bags. The rooms were very very small- good luck if you have a stroller! Parking is awful, $40/night for valet which is a rip off. "

"The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was ready for us as we were heading out each day. Also, there were always spots to park your car in the parking lot. Our 3 days stay was very comfortable and we felt safe"
