Front desk staff was great, Property is filthy. They need to spend time cleaning the property, dried vomit on the exterior walls dirt on every vertical surface, smell of bleach in the room is so strong it takes your breath away.

Inexspensive

The appearance on exterior was good but my room the floors were wood and coming loose. I had friends in another room they had tile floors seemed nicer. It's great if your looking to save some money. The staff was very friendly

The staff was awesome however, the room had fruit flies and cockroaches. The smoke detector was missing from the room. The bathroom door was messed up. The bathroom floor sounded like it was soaked with water underneath it. The main door was missing the security lock for the top of the door. I brought all of this up to the staff upon checking out of the hotel. Not sure if it will be fixed or what. I know this will not be a hotel I stay at again.

Room was not clean. Some of lights didn’t work they changed the room and gave us a room where someone else’s rent and no more rooms available they refunded money. Didn’t feel safe at all there

If you are looking for decent place to sleep, this hotel is not bad. It's decently clean, there's hot water. The downside is the cable doesn't work and the the internet works but is super annoying, also the 2 days we were here we did see 2 roaches.

This was the worst vacation I ever had. Rooms were so dirty that I had to go buy cleaning supplies and take care of my room every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We killed a roach big enough to carry us away. Heartbreaking to know I spent almost $1,000 for this week of stay.

The ladies at the front desk were friendly. No USB charging ports in the rooms. The USB in the room had no power. No towels in the bathroom. The light did not work in the bathroom. No trash can in the room to dispose of any garbage. Bread Bagels in yogurt to me is not considered a light breakfast. Very disappointing.

Very old. The wood stairs needed to be replaced. The lamps had no lamp shades (exposed bulbs). The outlets did not work at all could not charge the cell phones. The first room the TV did not work. The second room had to replace the remote three times before we were able to get one to work. The sheet on one bed had a burn holes. The first room had a bug smashed on the wall. The heater worked great. The staff was very nice. The pool looked clean (to cold to swim). The second room the tub was dirty. All in all I would not stay there again.

Great and helpful staff very friendly, they just dont have a good maintenance person or something the floor when you walk in gives in a little and the bathroom was the same way, easy fixes, the shower was kinda gross looking on the wall all kinds of random marks just needed a simple paint job. The tv was crazy fuzzy like watching antenna tv in the 90s simple fix too just get better wires and tighten them down more the room smelled damp when we walked in the first tim too, room 103 to be specific. Other than those simple things the place was acceptable

1st off...you get what you pay for!!!! The 1st room smelled like cigarettes and fish then the 2nd room had a sewer smell, was told they were having an issue with the plumbing, okay. Nothing was clean!!! No towels in the room and the Biggest thing......One of the staff stole my firestick that was accidentally left in the room!!!! I called up there and was told by Cassie that noone has been in that room since we left and she would check when she got off & call me, NO CALL!! So i called back and was told to call at 9 in the morning. Did that and spoke to Samantha, she was very nice, she went to check and said it wasnt there! So one of the housekeepers took or should i say Stole my Firestick!!! JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN STAYING HERE PAY CHEAP GET CHEAP EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Our stay was extremely unpleasant. Arriving at the hotel on Friday August 11 at 10 pm, we were faced with a one-hour wait for check-in due to a power outage. Once we finally completed the check-in process, the front desk attendant gave us 5 minutes to decide whether we wanted to change rooms due to their conditions. Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed extensive mold on the curtains and a pervasive musty odor making it hard to breathe. Our discomfort intensified as we discovered cockroaches scurrying about. The bed was unsightly, marked with stains and even dog paw prints. To make matters worse, the room lacked essential amenities like toilet paper and shower towels, and the bathroom was unclean and the door didn’t even lock Attempting to address our concerns, we sought assistance from the hotel staff. We found them in the back of the hotel, hanging out with the people that live in the hotel doing god knows what. Returning to the front desk, we encountered a helpful man who facilitated our check-out for the following day, as it had already passed midnight. In the morning, I approached the front desk in search of clean towels, as we were informed they would be available. However, the receptionist was brusque and informed me that no towels were available, and telling me to check out if i wanted. When I explained our situation and decision to check out, she abruptly recognized me, inquiring if I was the individual with the (car color). This incident revealed that n

Very unsatisfying customer

We NEED a TV .. it would not work . Went to the front desk and they said they would come fix it or get us another one.. have us 3 more remotes to try to get the problem solved… nothing !!!! No TV and he needs one to sleep…. The bed was comfortable but the linens looked like there was foot prints on them. The bathroom tub looked dirty . But still used the shower. Only one towel for two people . Tiles on the bathroom floor loose. Floor in the room near sink area was very uneven . Hole in The wall behind the door.. No deadbolt on the door, only a flimsy latch . Microwave and mini frig did work. Breakfast items were sufficient. Apples, oatmeal packets, cinnamon raisin bread cereal, yogurt, milk coffee juice and condiments. Checking in was fine. When trying to figure out the issue with the TV , dude was obviously high and said he didn’t know what to do and handed us 3 other remotes to try to fix the problem. Very unsatisfactory situation and not happy that the price of the room was inflated because it was Biketoberfest with nothing extra for the extra price. Paid more for less. My GOOGLE REVIEWS all over the country have had over a million views….. this one will not help this situation, or get me and money refunded that I already paid for…. We will stay at Econo Lodge next door next year!
