There was no front desk to check in or out. And we really liked being able to just go straight up to the room when we arrived and when our stay was over to just make sure keys were left and door was locked. We would for sure stay here again and plan on booking for a few weeks out with our kids.

View was great. Balcony door barely closes and lock is broken. Kitchen sink is broken, water barely dripping. Dishes were very dirty….

Beachfront, right on the sand

The property is oceanfront right on the sand. There is no one at a front desk to contact for anything. We received a few texts from someone regarding a parking pass but that was it. Thankfully we didn’t need to contact anyone for assistance during our stay. The room was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and it had a full kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

If you want to enjoy the ocean view, this is the place for you. Of course there was no pool, no gym, the balcony was boarded up on the second day of our stay. All this is due to the fact that the building is at the restoration stage. The room was clean, but the plumbing was faulty. There was no hot water in the kitchen.

The room was great we booked very last minute. Wasn’t sure to expect. There wasn’t a door or curtain on the closet when you walk in. But otherwise it was really cute and clean. We stopped at the grocery store before we arrived they had accommodations in the room to make food that was nice. There was no interaction with any staff if you need anything. Just a text confirmation. There is a sign book but didn’t even see it till we left. Still super cute the beach was clean. Bummer the pool was trashed but that’s to be expected from the weather prior to us coming

There was no hot water in the kichen. Bathroom water could of been hotter. Nobody on site. Balcony view is beautiful. I was concerned about 2 poles missing from the balcony railing. Small child coul easily fall thru. Sounds like all complaints but we really did enjoy our stay. Felt safe oh yeah my account was charged $35 over said price. Motel was suppose to call me back im still waiting

The property was very centrally located in Daytona area. We stayed in a unit while we were there. The room was clean when we got there. I did have a few complaints about the room though. The mattresses on the beds were very well worn. The springs, in the bed I slept in, you could feel them through the bedding. The patio door lock didn't work and the wind made the door jiggle during the night. The heater/cooling unit in the room worked the first few days and then it didn't work anymore. We were happy that there was a heater in the closet we were able to use to warm up the room. It was chilly some of the days we spent there. The one cupboard door next to the fridge was broken and when you opened it the only thing that stayed on the cupboard frame was the one panel stile and the hinges.

Room needs work and owner unresponsive

Unit needs a renovation. No cold running water in the kitchen area, a drizzle of hot. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom. Back door to balcony didn't latch so everytime we opened the front door it opened the back door. It was very windy and cold for Daytona all week so when we'd leave the back door would open and we'd come back to a cold room. The king bed was great, good matress but 1 very flat pillow. The 2nd bed was broken. When you sat on it it nearly fell apart. No blankets. Said non smoking room but there had definitely been smoking in the room. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so always look for a non-smoking room but this one had been smoked in recently. A number of electrical plugs didn't work. Owner said to let him know if we had problems, texted him about the water in the kitchen and got no response so i didn't bother about the other stuff.

Slightly false advertising on this unit!

The room itsself was nice,however when we booked it was advertised as ocean view. It was actually a partial view you could only see part of the ocean from the balcony. Pictures included of view. We stayed in room 202. I was told upon arrival there would be a cleaning fee. Once i areived i looked at my bank statements, i was charged more than i was told Upon asking i was told that was cleaning plus 10 percent local tax. Not very transparent. There is no front staff or anyone to check in with. On our check outday ,whiich checkout is 10am . Well at 8:55 am the cleaning people opened the door unannouced with us not even awake yet. No knock or warning at all. Price per night was fair. Socks will get dirty from the floors. . Location is great and easy to find. The pool is empty and has been for some time. There is no bbq area as advertised,also no beach access ,you have to walk down and around thru the gate the cars drive onto the beach.Nothing repaired since the hurricane two years ago. Also advertises a gym. Its no longer there either.

I thought I paid for an ocean facing private balcony. Instead I got a balcony facing another hotel and overlooking construction work. I thought I got the most deluxe room for the price this was definitely not worth it

It definitely could have been cleaner. There was dirt that has built up on the overhead fan, we did not turn the fan on as we didn't want dirt flying. The bedspread looked like it had a urine stain on it.

I will never stay here again. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, not clean at all, pics online look nothing like they do in person, holes in walls, blankets a like napkins, pillows? Don’t get me started. Walls have stains on them, toilet was practically broken, pee on the base of toilet.
