Balcony was a good view. Bench pretty rickety to sit on. It was kind of funny trying to find how to get to our room, had to go thru dining room then upstairs. Room was musty smelling, good shower and comfy bed. Price was great, but restaurants were very expensive. I would stay there again.

Staff are always great 2 years running, parking is usually pretty good year round except peak summer days, sometimes TV and WiFi issues and property is dated but there’s benches outside each room, the AC is easy to use and works every time. On the busiest times of the year I recommend turn right and then turn right into the backstreets to get you back head north to get to I-95 as traffic can get busy occasionally

Staff are always available, if no one is at the front desk when you arrive they will be by shortly without having to call the motel number. The 2nd and 3rd floor have direct views of the beach. The only disadvantage for the third floor room I stayed at was only 1 electrical outlet worked and no microwave for this room. The 2nd floor rooms usually have a microwave.

For the price, you cannot beat the location. The property needs maintenance though. Sliding glass windows to balconies are completely rusted through, doors are warped and cannot close. The ocean is rough on the property and the place could use some work, though you really cannot find a better place on budget to be right in the beach!

This is a very old motel. It could be done very nicely but it is not. The people were very friendly, but you have to walk through the restaurant to go to your room. A little cumbersome with luggage and VERY awkward! It reminds me of an old brothel or maybe a haunted motel. The bedspreads were a very light gold curtain or something and dirty. We about froze to death without a blanket Big jacuzzi tub that was out of order, and balcony door did not lock. We paid for two nights but left after one. I see why they don’t allow refunds. The location, awesome, pool looks nice, motel, not so much. If you are young and just need a place to crash while you party, this is for you. Did not try the restaurant but it did get busy.

Room was dirty, saw many roaches, no hot water and no desire to resolve the issue when notified. Mattress and bedding smelled of urine on bed closest to door. View from room is breathtaking and we enjoyed the bench outside.
