"The property was lovely, very clean and well situated with restaurants, the beach and dog friendly park within very easy walking distance. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of food to satisfy diverse tastes."

"The properties right on the beach location is unbeatable, but it is dire need of some TLC. The furnishings are in really poor shape. The couch in the room was stained incredibly bad and in the cushions were torn and had a pullout couch that they supplied no linens for the table in the room at a broken leg. One telephone was all but destroyed the closet door was broken. The place needs some attention."

"The staff was super helpful, also recommended a lovely place to eat at in Ormond called Hulls. We were just here for the ocean but the also suggested for us to go to St Augustine. We would really like to to return to St Augustine in the near future, an unplanned destination which we didn’t think would be on our itinerary. The hotel was great, just note when sleeping with the slider and taking a shower, the smoke alarm will go off."

"Stayed at the hotel early June. The room was humid like a hot day in Florida, the air conditioner made a loud noise every time it kicked in, it was rattling like an ice cube maker that was dying. Bathroom door would not close. Plus the the bathroom vent did not work."

"Food service very disappointing. Over drenched salads, undercooked fish sandwich, omelette service very weak."

"So easy to find from the freeway and easy parking. Checked in after midnight and was happy to find out that the check out time the next day was noon! Thank you and I’ll be back if I am ever in the area again."

"Checkin was easy and the staff friendly. Ample parking. Room was clean, bathrooms were updated. Kitchette was newer with nice appliances, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc...Keurg coffee maker. Shampoo and body wash were nice and provided in the shower..lotion and soap provided at sink. Restaurant downstairs, nicely kept pool area, convenience beach access. Large, natural lot next door. It was a very easy and enjoyable weekend."
