"This truly was a tale of two properties. On the plus side, the physical property was fantastic. We booked an ocean-side room with a balcony -- and the view of the sunrise each morning was spectacular. Dining room, pool area, and fitness center were all first rate. However, the staff and service left *a lot* to be desired. Just a few examples: Our room was not ready at 4:00 and the front desk staff didn’t seem particularly concerned with finding a solution. "I honestly don’t know where to start! This hotel was the best experience I ever had….. the staff was super helpful! It was my fiancée’s Birthday they decorated the room with balloons, had a great bottle of wine! Everything was so beautiful. I would both recommend this hotel as well as return."

"Proximity to convention center event was the only positive. 20minute wait to park and enter. $50 per day parking when lots across the street are $15 Awful room condition. Rips/stains on couch. Someone’s nail clippers on the table upon entry. Torn curtains. Baseboards rotting. Mattress sagging and uncomfortable. Most disappointing stay at a Hilton I have ever experienced."

Called front desk to have maintained check door, it wasn’t until after the second call maintenance came and sprayed WD-40 on the door. He could barely open it. He said they had 10 more just like our room that had trouble opening the doors and the company that replaced the doors was having to come back to fix all the doors. He just didn’t know when.
