"Hotel ist sehr neu und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch gut, nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, aber man ist schnell mit der Straßenbahn dort. Mit dem Parken sollte man sich vorher informieren, leider keine eigenen Parkplätze. Bei Check-In wurden wir über eine Kaution (150€) überrascht, das sollte besser kommuniziert werden. Trotzdem 5 Sterne für diese Unterkunft, ich würde es weiterempfehlen."

"Hôtel très récent et en plein cœur de la ville, très facile d’accès à pied de la gare. La seule chose que nous avons moins aimé est la réception qui se trouve au 6e étage et donc commande l’utilisation de l’ascenseur lors de l’arrivée et du départ."

"Kamer is prima voor 2 nachten. Echter was het matras vrij hard en het hoofd kussen zo zacht dat ik met een reserve kussen nog steeds geen ondersteuning kreeg en met mijn hoofd plat op het matras lag. Tip: neem je eigen kussen mee. Personeel is vriendelijk en service van het hotel is in orde. Hotel ligt achter het centraal station en in de buurt van de zoo."

"Super herzlicher Empfang, zuvorkommender Service, schönes Zimmer in historischem aber renoviertem Gebäude. Ein individuelles und liebevoll gestaltetes Frühstück. Und alles zu einem top Preis 👍"

"Room was nice enough. Good to have kitchenette. Had leak in bathroom ceiling and it dripped so much it woke me up. Also made room smell a little weird. Breakfast was okay. Breakfast staff and hotel staff very nice."

"Diende zijn doel. Goed bed. Ook goed kunnen slapen hoewel het toch lawaaierig was, binnen door andere gasten als buiten door het verkeer. Kussens waren te zacht. Wel fijn dat er een waterkoker was en wat thee, suiker, bekertjes waren. Minder leuk was dat je hoewel je daar in het weekend geen gebruik kon maken van het restaurant om te eten, er wel de gelegenheid was voor groepsreserveringen. Na het personeel erop gewezen te hebben werd er aangeboden dat we ook nog daar zouden kunnen eten. Keuken...

"Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Dies hatte zufolge,dass man bei offenen Fenster zur Straßenseite schlafen musste. Es war dementsprechend sehr laut im Zimmer. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurden die Tische nicht laufend gereinigt und es sah teilweise seh schmutzig aus. Beste Grüsse"

"Great no frills hotel. Very central. Clean big functional room with comfortable bed. Only issue was luggage storage which did not feel particularly secure - check in machine gives you key to luggage room where you can leave your bags, but it is entirely unmonitored. Otherwise highly recommended."

He had an early flight so as soon as he check in, he thought to take a good rest before going out for meeting. The head lamp is facing the bed which is quite bright to him so he tried to switch it off. And here the power tripped happened to his room. He called the reception to check. Reception mentioned that it was power tripped. My husband request for a room change, but...
