"Room hadn't been cleaned properly, possibly, actually the worst check in experience ever, by the rudest, most obnoxious woman I've ever met. Spoilt our stay. The hotel was ok, shame the room wasn't maintained during our stay, clean towels etc, but the staff were not nice. Never stay there again."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The in room amenities were a bit mixed. Great complimentary coffee but modest bathroom amenities. One bottle for all body soap, shampoo in one. Not bad but not any wow. Food at restaurant on 17 was pretty good. Had fennel soup that was over the moon good. Breakfast buffet was impressive, tasty and well thought out, right until it gave me a dose of food poisoning on my last day. Only downside of my stay. "

"This hotel has a fantastic location, out of the fray of downtown, with easy tram access right outside the hotel. With Centraal Station only about a 30 minute tram ride away, it is a great location for site seeing, museums, Vondelpark and tours at a reasonable price point. The staff were all kind and very helpful,"

"But far out from the city centre, but there is a tram stop a short walk away - Matterhorn - where you can get a tram int the centre easily and cheaply. The hotel (including the room) was clean, staff were excellent and friendly. "

"Hotel was excellent. Close to the airport and tram station that brings you into Amsterdam. Food in the restaurant was pricey but delicious. They had great coffee both in room and lobby. Would recommend."
