"Great location and very well maintained"

"The hotel was good and in a very convenient location for both the tram and the metro. Unfortunately the aircon was virtually useless and the bathroom mirror emanated an intense amount of heat. Considering there was a heatwave in progress, the temperature of the room was very uncomfortable."

"This hotel is amazing with on-site restaurants and great amenities including indoor pool, spa and fitness center. Restaurant food was amazing. Rooms were comfy and clean. I would give 5 stars but parking was a challenge due to the volume of spots allocated to EV's. Water pressure in shower was not great and water temp appeared controlled, so no really hot power shower! "Ruhig gelegen, aber gut von Amsterdam-Zuid zu erreichen. Die Zimmer-Aufteilung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig mit der Dusche mitten im Raum. Sollte man sich gut überlegen, wenn man mit jemandem reist, der einem weniger nahe steht. Sonst alles bestens."

"Overpriced stay, staff unprepared to answer basic questions. Parking is €25 per day though staff unable to say if this is for 24 hours or upon entering the Parking until midnight. Nobody know including staff. Staying with hotel doesn't grant you access to facilities and have to pay to use. Overall very disappointed fpr the money I paid for staying."
