"The tub was clogged we were standing in our own bath water while showering, the air was not working in our room. The ice machine was not working. They charged for parking $12 but when asked if we needed a parking pass we were never told they charge to park ! Like there was no place else to park. I will never stay in another double tree hotel. "My room was clean but the beds were awful. Very uncomfortable. I felt springs through the mattress. The room was also very dark."

"The stay was good and the staff were friendly. I like the room. It was quiet, had kitchenette and small table and recliner. Only thing, when I arrived I could hear staff talking in the back office and had to wait several minutes for someone to come out and check me in. There was no bell there to ring to get attention. Overall it was a good stay."
