"The hotel is in a great location right off of the interstate with lots of restaurant options nearby and a few within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had great breakfast options! And we loved the kickback for dinner as well with free food and drinks! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 definitely recommend!"

Around 9:00 PM teenagers were running, screaming, slamming/knocking on many doors and using profanity in the hallways especially across from my room on the 3rd floor. I went to the front desk to report this. The desk clerk informed security via walkie talkie. 15-20 minutes later the behavior escalated so I called the Meridian Police Department and asked for help. 30 -45 minutes later it finally stopped!! "one of he main reasons we chose this hotel is because it had a pool. after checking in upon going to the pool we found it to be cold as ice and the water was cloudy and murky. unusable. will not stay here again."

"The Hotel and staff were very accommodating. We had an issue with a third party booking (Expedia), for the paid rates. Devon was able to adjudicate the rates and get us checked in. One of the hotel beds nearest the door was sinking in the middle."

"When I walked into the lobby it was hot, so I checked in anyway, staff was helpful, went to the room it just felt dirty the A/C was cold so it kelp the room at a good temp. Made the best of it, left at 3:30 am so don’t know what breakfast was like, Libby was still hot so don’t think I wanted to see breakfast anyway. I had family with me they had to go to another hotel because of bedbugs in their room. Overall the place was very poor managed"

When you realize this called your hotel and they associate there was happy to cancel and refund our payment. However, he also told us to email Expedia in order for them to call him and verify the situation. We did this and have not heard back yet from Expedia in any way shape or form they did send us an order about a hotel in St. George, Utah, which we stayed at months ago, but nothing about this one.
