"Very nice place to stay while in the area."

"When arriving to the hotel, it seemed pretty clean. Checked in and got directed to the side door for the closest entrance to the room. When entering the building it smelled of dog and you could instantly tell people were living in the hotel, however when getting to the room it was surprisingly clean."

"I don’t think the staff should be utilizing amenities for guests and listening to their devices loud enough to disturb the guests."

"This was an excellent option for a hotel near New Haven, CT."

"Lobby is in good shape, breakfast was also fine. The hallways and doors and stairwell are really beat up and dingy. The room was ok, but our AC unit was rusty, bent and dirty but it did work. The worst was other guests smoking weed in their room and in the doorways to the property. The hallway smelled terrible. Highly recommend don’t stay there just because it’s budget."

"I have to shout out Michelle! She is absolutely amazing! She helped me out so much after a horrible experience at another “hotel” that lacked competency. She allowed an early check in and just have a great experience to end the trip with. The staff was kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with this stay. Highly recommend!"

"The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again."

"Everything here was so wonderful for my family on Father's Day weekend. The only thing I need to note is that the mattress and pillows were worn and caused a bit of a back ache. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect!"

"The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is around back and you have to walk all the way around the building to get to it but that said though not convenient, it was private back there. Shower was adequate but not great. All and all good experience and very reasonably priced."

"It was a very pleasant stay. Refreshingly so. The lobby is large and inviting. Check in was very smooth. The staff on duty was very helpful, especially with describing our room assignment. The room and bathroom were both very clean. Furniture could use a little updating. Breakfast room was lovely. The hot breakfast offerings & other items were supervised by a staff member, making sure that everything was running smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return."

"This was a stunning Hilton Garden Inn. We got a suite. It was large, clean, updated. It was wonderful!"

"The hotel was located near where we were visiting, that was the plus. Booked last minute, it was the best pricing I could get-but I would not stay again. While clean, the room smelled musty, toilet leaked and walls were thin. Curtains did not block out the security lighting outside, noise from the other rooms, hallway and parking lot was clearly heard. I booked two rooms at the same time and while they didn't need to be connected, the were originally on different floors. Took a while to fix and...
