"The Chateaux was a great experience! From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful, friendly, and so accommodating. We really appreciated Jono taking our car, our bags and helping us to our room and giving us a rundown of the hotel. The courtyard was fantastic and we loved the hot tubs! Such a great property and atmosphere. We highly recommend the Chateaux!
The smores kits provided were pretty stale and ultra processed. Would have loved fresher, higher quality marshmallows, but you can’t...

"The condo was exactly as listed and perfectly fine for our needs. However, there were a couple of things that could have made our stay more enjoyable.
First, the check-in experience was disappointing. We had quite a bit of luggage, including suitcases, a cooler, bags with coats and shoes, computer bags and a hanging garment bag. When we asked if there was a luggage cart available, we were told there was one somewhere in the building, but the person checking us in didn't know where it was if it...

"Our room was horrible, this was so bad we had to make up an excuse to leave the property. There was very big stains on the carpet, (even called the front desk to let them know they were already there and we did not do this!!).
The fridge was over frozen with no room for anything to put into it, which also was hard to keep the fridge cold.
We tried to get our money back, and the front desk said we had to go thru expedia, we called them and they said we had to go thru you !!! With no results in...
