"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. "Parking was ok, lots of vehicles with the pool tournament going on. Room was fairly clean, good solid bed. Courtyard was grown up with high grass and weeds, didn't even look at the pool. The property needs a couple good maintenence personnel cause it needs a lot of work! "
