"Our tub did not drain water and the parking lot and grounds were not maintained well. The sign was broken and so we almost drove past the hotel due to a late night check in. The next morning we could see that a banner is hanging over the sign but because it was windy; the banner was half blown off. When we went to check out, no one was in the office and we called the number on the sign at the desk but there was no answer. This was after we rang the bell. I opted to leave the keys on the counter...
