"Staf was great! However rooms need updated. Could hardly get up in the bed as it was so high. Several holes in the walls Shower door tracts were very rusty. Room very small. But it did keep me cool in the ravaging heat."

"This is a fantastic hotel considering the location. Seems like it belonged downtown in a big city. Was pretty blown away to find what was basically a full kitchen. Bed and other furniture was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked incredibly well. VERY clean. My only gripe was the rude service we received at check-in. "Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?"

"My overall stay was great.. I’m very picky about cleanliness, the bathroom tub should have been cleaner.. I always bring cleaning supplies to ensure my comfort of cleanliness, upon cleaning it was obvious that mopping and additional cleaning should have been done.. But from the naked eye it was clean. The staff was overall nice and friendly. I enjoyed the free happy hour, breakfast option and other amenities.. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. I felt safe and that’s also very important."

"The lady at check in was being super rude to the girl who was training. The room was really gross / dated and we chose not to stay overnight. Creepy dude in parking lot and the lobby, staff just allows them to harass other guests."

There was a blood stain on one pillowcase and another unknown stain on a second pillowcase, which was unacceptable. The room also smelled like old cigarette smoke, making it very unpleasant.
