"Overall, my experience staying here was great! The room was large, the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom spotless. There was plenty of pump soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. This was my second time coming here, so obviously I like it. The restaurant on site is where to go to get your breakfast (if you pay for it, kinda expensive for a slightly better than continental breakfast) and the staff there was AMAZING. Extremely polite and attentive. 5 stars to them. A couple small complaints. No refrigerator in the king size option room, seems like a strange thing to be lacking especially in such a large room with plenty of space. I had to bring up my cooler, which wasn’t a huge deal but I was on the top floor (4th floor). Second complaint. During check in, the man at the counter was really nice, up until I signed all the paperwork and got my key cards. I had a simple question and he put up one finger, cutting me off, so he could answer the phone. I feel that since he was currently taking care of me, I should have been a priority over the phone call. When I did get to ask my question, regarding the breakfast voucher, he seemed impatient with me. So overall not super impressed with the front desk staff. 3 stars for them. Like I said, complaints are minor but it would not affect me coming back again in the future."

Our room was spotless and relaxing, and everything made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again."
