"Stayed at this hotel over the weekend and let me tell you it was such a great experience. The staff was super lovely super welcoming and all around great. The early breakfast was amazing and such a convince they also offer what I like to call midnight snacks they had soups chimichangas candy drinks energy drinks it was nice! The room was big clean and it wasn’t noisy and the bed was so comfortable 10/10 will definitely be staying here when I come into town!!"

"My daughter and I stayed here on our way to Vegas for a concert. I booked this property for the pool and hot tub, but was sorely disappointed. Pool water was greenish and there was a terrible sewer smell emanating from one side of the room. In addition to that, the hot tub water was grayish and the jets were spouting water so high it looked like a bubbling cauldron we were reluctant to climb in. The staff member who checked us in was nice enough but her professional demeanor did not make up for the disgust the pool provides. The bed was comfortable enough but again nothing elsewhere couldn’t provide better. If admiring the pool photos - don’t. Spend the extra $25-50 and stay somewhere undoubtedly nicer!"

"The “goods”- The breakfast was fabulous and beyond expectations. This itself can earn a 5. Next location is another “5” earner. It’s simply awesome. I would say 6 out of 5. The “challenges”- However, the room seems to be an old one with lightly renovated. Here are some clues- the AC is a retrofit, room does not have any recess lights or air vents ( like any other motel 6), the shower faucet seems a antique from pre-war era ( even motel 6 has better one ), the carpet ( though it was clean) Overall 3.5/5"

"Dominique was extremely helpful. One of your rooms smelled like cigarettes. She was able to accommodate me and the room I got was perfect . Her customer service skills were top notch."

"I booked for two nights me and my coworker noticed the a/c wasn’t working properly. I informed the front desk what he offered was we could stay in that room the first night and change rooms the following morning or a refund and for us to checkout because he didn’t have anymore rooms to accommodate us. I told him we needed the room because there aren’t many options in the area on a Saturday and he said ok we will just switch you to another room tomorrow and discount you for today. Hotels.com asked for a “check in” review the first night which I gave an HONEST review and the front desk didn’t like it. So the following morning instead of moving us to another room he told us to checkout due to the review I sent to hotels.com. He didn’t discount us for the first night he just told us to checkout. Very unprofessional and honestly the worst night I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. A/c never worked for us, roaches in the bathroom, rats in the parking lot and an unprofessional front desk I wouldn’t recommend."
