"The staff was pretty much non-existent. I am sure they are short staffed but the young lady that checked me in was obviously bored and disinterested. Offered no direction on finding my room, where to park, what time breakfast was,have a good day, etc. This hotel was okay for the money but nothing special."

"First off the prices were reasonable and the property was beautiful and luxurious! My first impression after we walked thru the entry way was WOW! High ceilings and open space. Huge area for hanging out with family and friends. The pool area was small and we didn't have the time to use it however the floor to ceiling windows made the space more appealing and would have been awesome to hang out at in the evening! The room we had was more than I could have even wished for. For the price we paid...

"We went down to eat breakfast at 7:45 am. There were only 2 containers of coffee and both were empty. We told someone on the staff that there was no coffee. The person said someone from maintenance would get the coffee. We waited and waited and finished breakfast but still no coffee. The man at the front desk had a thick accent and we didn't understand his explanation about why there was no coffee. This was a better than average size motel. It didn't make sense that there was such a small amount...

"It would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. We were put on the 4th floor. The ice machine wasn't working, the fridge in our room wasn't working and when I asked the desk about them, the only answer I received was "we are under constructin". It was a waste of $200 for one night. Very disappointed."

"ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS POOL AND KID POOL.THEY NEED TO UPDATE KID POOL FLOOR AS COLOR IS PEELING OFF .IT IS UNSAFE FOR KIDDO. BREAKFAST IS WORST.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY POOR.MOST OF TIME THERE IS NOBODY IN FRONTDESK AND GUEST HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO COME BACK.OVERALL WE DIDNOT LIKE THE HOTEL.NOT COMING BACK AGAIN !!"

"Was not notified at check in that hot tub was under construction, pool was ice cold. Very clean facility, nice big room. Digital coffee machine in the dining area made horrible coffee, everyone was dumping it down the sink. No creamer available anyway. Breakfast would have been good if the hot food bins were not empty and no staff around tending to it!"
