"This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. There were ants all over my hotel room. The maintenance man, Daniel, was very kind for what it's worth... but he had to spray my room with RAID at 10:30pm! I couldn't open any windows and the hotel was booked. Jordan the concierge, couldn't change my room because there were no other rooms available. I couldn't sleep, so I decided to watch TV. The TV didn't work. "Beautiful hotel. Easy free parking. Kitchenette fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful!"

"The rooms are clean, but when I walked in the room had a funky smell. Thankfully the AC worked and circulated most of it out. The sink also had sewer gas smell coming out of it, which never went away. Overall not a good place to rest your head be gone."

"We stayed during the busy summer season. The city was full of energy with Juneteenth and FIFA events. The hotel staff were very helpful, the free coffee and water machines were great and the location was central. The rooms were a bit small and Rittenhouse Square was about 3 blocks away. There is no pool. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. The hotel is on Chestnut which is a straight shot to Old City Philadelphia and most of the tourist attractions."
