"Mi experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. La entrada del hotel es hermosa, elegante y muy acogedora. Las instalaciones están impecables, con un nivel de limpieza e higiene excepcional. La habitación estaba sumamente limpia, organizada y cómoda. La piscina se encontraba en perfectas condiciones, muy bonita y bien cuidada. "The hotel is nice clean and the beds were comfortable. Had issues with the thermostat but we fixed it. The breakfast buffet is good. Waffles eggs bacon sausage bagels biscuits and more. Coffee offered all day and delicious. We will stay again."

"We want to compliment Trevor and Diane on their helpfulness. The doors in the rooms closed to loudly and there was a cockroach in our bathroom. Other than that we had a good stay."

"Room key pad worked about every 5th attempt. No real hot water in sink however did have hot water in shower. Shower headed drips constantly. Toilet at times would not flush. Work out Room filthy. Didn't look like treadmill has been cleaned in years. Breakfast presentation not appealing. The entire facilty needs a serious renovation. Very disappointing. Staff was friendly though. Front entry smelled like Marijuana and when I would open my door to the room smelled old and musty like a dirty...

"La habitación era aceptable, un poco de olor a humedad y si bien tenía cocina habia que solicitar los elementos para cocinar en la recepción. Estuvimos 2 noches y si bien nos dejaron toallas nuevas no limpiaron la habitación. Ls ubicación esta buena, a mitad de camino entre la playa y el centro. El sr de la recepción muy amable!"

"The hotel was recently renovated and is very clean, the rooms are spacious. The housekeeping schedule is not clear and shouls be explained upon arrival. Supposedly only after every second night, but you can be then pleasantly surpriaed when you don't expect the room to be cleaned and it is... Expedia advertises that the breakfast is included for $15 per person. In reality, you then receive at the hotel reception a $15 voucher for the restaurant on site which offers a good breakfast a la carte...

"At first look the place looked clean and good except the sink had cracks in it that sometime tried to repair. That was ok though it could still be used. When we pulled the sheet back to get in one if the beds it hadn't been cleaned. There was black stuff all over it. It has clearly been remade without sheets being changed. No discount or refund was offered to me."

"The Arrive is fine. It's a clean, updated nice room in a good location. The amenities don't exist, no coffee or breakfast or anything unless you're paying. Parking isn't free, but free parking is easy on the street. The room itself was just ok, clearly an old renovated motel. No body wash, TV remote didn't work, no wifi to be found. Staff, from our experience, was kinda cold and not very friendly. It's fine, but it's not worth $300+ a night."

"It's always a great stay while visiting North Carolina. It is very well staffed with helpful members and the amenities are very good. It's close to alot of shopping centers and good eats. It feels like a home away from home"
