"This is a beautiful, traditional hotel with excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and very helpful. It is placed perfectly by both the central tram and railway stations and you can get a bus almost door to door between the airport and the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Room well serviced and comfortable. I would warn anyone though, that if you are a light sleeper there is background noise and a little vibration from the trams. But to be fair, they do supply earplugs! Looking forward to returning."

BUS SND TRAM STOPS WERE AT THE HOTEL.DOOR. I LOVED IT. IT WAS WORTH FOR THE PRICE. OVER SLL A BEAURIFUL EXPERIENCE, I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN"

"Hotel in a good location for city centre and public transport links - both trams and main train station. Hotel was very modern and spotless clean. We had a family room and it was comfortable and ideal for families. Breakfast had a wide selection and staff/ service was excellent. Highly recommend."
