Check in and out was abysmally slow but dinner at Nook was very good and pillows were excellent.

Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi
Staff were fantastic, the spa, breakfast, and overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was great. Unfortunately the air quality was quite poor while we were in Delhi, but being able to comfortably hang at the hotel was a saving grace.
