"Hotel and food was lovely. Only thing we were very disappointed with was the car park charge on check out. £15 for 11 hours. No one told us there would be a charge and personally if your staying there i think it should be free."

"Lovely hotel, we have stayed before, really comfy beds however this time we ate in the bar, not very good, our food came and it was cold, we all sent it back and, within 3 mins it came back again, all we could think of is that it had been warmed up in a microwave, 2 of us had chicken tikka there was 4 small pieces of chicken in it the rest was just sauce and it was £19.50 would recommend eating there but rooms and staff really nice."

"Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse. "

"This hotel was close to the train station, which was helpful. However, the property is very worn and is in serious need of renovation and updating, especially in the bathrooms. Further, we were informed that we would be charged almost £4 per person to use the shuttle service to the airport. I have never had to pay for the airport shuttle at an “airport hotel” We specifically chose this property for its proximity to the airport and the airport’s train station, expecting to be able to take the...

"Staff we super nice and helpful. Shower was a little run down (leaking) and the property is aging as a whole. Overall pleasant stay for a night or 2 but maybe not long term"

"Whole hotel has a lovely fresh relaxed vibe esp as it’s so new, very central, would definitely go back. Stylish and laid back. Minor niggles, bit of a drain smell in our bathroom, very little storage for clothes etc, Room’s not huge. Also room even on lowest temperature was a bit warm for me. Staff very accommodating- made a couple of advance requests, sorted without a quibble."
