"we stayed there last night. The room was awesome. Breakfast was not great. Waffles was the best hot food option. The staff was friendly enough. The parking garage was full and a few people where double parked. It was my understanding that wasnt tolerated. As a result we had to park on the street. Our car was broken into and we lost about 200 bucks worth of crochet hooks and yarn. The parking situation is inadequate and dangerous. I think more people would find accommodations elsewhere since...

"Owner/Manager refused to refund me a $50 deposit because the room smelled bad and pillow case was removed from the pillow, which she said was "stained & damaged". Which is considered as the room being "trashed" according to their policy. Owner enterupted me during the phone call several times and was rude. I was given a wrong room with a single bad when I arrived, and had to ask for a 2 bed like I booked online. Poor room service, poor costumer service, and rude owners. During my 2 night stay,...

"Rooms were clean and comfortable; the bathroom was HUGE, so our family of 4 really appreciated it. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was actually really good! Would definitely recommend! The only downside is that our room was on the side of the train track and could be heard all thru the night. Otherwise, it was a good stay."

"We stayed on the lowest level room, and the bathroom was moldy in the shower. Everything else seemed clean. I’m glad we only stayed one night. The rest of the property seemed clean and nice so I was disappointed. I did let the front desk know upon checking out. The staff and everything else seemed fine."

"The room was great and the kitchen well maintained. The lady at the desk with the red glasses was fabulous to deal with.
One thing to keep in mind: the manager has a rule that deliveries for guests will only be accepted if the guest is currently checked in. I'm from Canada, and had asked if could have something shipped there the week before my stay, to which they told me I could. They did not include the information that I would need to be already checked in, so my order was turned away."
