"I booked the hotel for English friends visiting Kiev, on the basis that less money on rooms is more money for vodka. I was staggered at the high standard of the rooms for the price paid. Comfy beds, en suite shower, kettle and fridge in the room and close proximity to the metro. Outstanding!"

"It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)"

Seemed the system was intentional locked into prohibiting one's own devices. To make matters worse, the television offered netflix, but it was impossible to change to language to english and even worse english subtitles were not available. "Property manager was nice and always available for any question I have. It was a very quiet and comfortable property with clean sheets, and the shower is wonderful. When I needed help all I had to do was send a message and the manager answer me immediately. Thank you for the relaxing experience. I appreciate everything you did for me and needed the rest. "
