"The stuff is super professional they greet you every time they see you. The PM manager is super friendly. And nice, I enjoy staying and talking to the stuff quite place for me. The only problem I had is with the laundry 2 times\nTake my money.I was on a bull to wash my clothes and dry my clothes"

"Staff was very kind . Room was freezing !!!! Nice place , but homeless people come in the mornings to enjoy the free breakfast . And I noticed some hang out during the day . Staff said nothing to them !!!! I seen customers leaving breakfast area after homeless people came in . Would not recommend this place . "

The airport shuttle driver was rude and turned us away at morning pick up despite our planning the night before with the desk staff who was also fairly dismissive of our needs. All more disappointing given I was traveling with a seven year old. "
