"We were instructed to meet our tour group at the Hilton Garden Inn in Denver.... We didn't realize that there are numerous "Hilton Garden Inn" locations in Denver. We inadvertently booked an extra night at the wrong one; so, we had to make additional transportation arrangements to get to the "right" hotel on the day our tour left. Our hotel staff stated that "this happens all the time" -- people getting confused about which hotel is which -- but there is no transport offered to the hotel...

"Nice Hotel with free shuttle to airport. Staff is polite and professional. Linens nice, plenty of pillows, king bed was comfy. Batheroom spacious and clean. You have to use your door card to operate the elevator, which can be a pain, but overall a good hotel."

"We were told the hotel had central air and that they could adjust the vents to make it cooler. Upon returning to our room there was box fan for us to use to cool the room. There was food from a previous guest left in our mini fridge. The breakfast was ok but the potatoes were stale and sausage links a little cool."

"we made reservations on Expedia, it's not your fault that my desktop crashed while on the airplane so i could not log in but I had a receipt from my E-mail, So I called the Hotel direct and no matter what I told them they said I didn't have reservations, we were forced to purchase another room elsewhere, thanks for the wonderful hospitality and ruining our Concert experience. Amazing how you wanted to know how great it was without reservation like you said. Office staff didn't like me calling...
