"The hotel features great decor and architecture but this was undermined by a poor experience. The hotel does not have a proper events venue so it uses the restaurant to host weddings and other private events that deny access to the guests of the hotel. Hotel guests should be a priority for this type of hotel and unfortunately that is not the case. "This place is great despite a couple of major draw backs. The shuttle situation needs to be revisited. Too many people due to the shuttle serving two Hyatt locations. The pool is also not heated.. Which everytime I've been leaves the water freezing cold and the hot tub is often down. Other than that, the breakfast is awesome and the place us spacious and clean."
