"Extremely disappointing stay. I booked through Expedia a month and a half in advance for a 2-queen bed room with an ocean view. Arriving at 1:00 AM, we were forced to accept a 1-king bed side room because they were 'sold out'. Whether this was an Expedia miscommunication or the hotel's failure to honor the reservation, both parties completely dropped the ball. Unacceptable service"

"Overall, this could be summarized by the experience was “just ok”. Upon check-in, the desk person knew we were staying for a week (my husband told him) but didn’t program the keys for that. We were locked out the next morning.
The hotel notes that a daily “refresh” of the room was supposed to occur daily. Trash, restock of tp, tissues, coffee, etc., soiled towels and pull the bed together. Full cleaning on request. There were two days we received no service at all.
