"Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but on the day it should have been cleaned, no one showed up. No clean towels, no trash dumped, nothing. Also, we didn't find out until morning two, that the buffet was $16 a person, which on day 1 no one gave us tickets, front desk didn't mention ..."
