"Expedia provided an amazing picture of the room overlooking the ocean which I have yet to find in the entire hotel. The staff was amazing very accommodating and very courteous. The bathroom facilities were amazing. The shower is always had hot water and were of a good size. The towels were very rough and after complaining on our last night, we finally got amazingly soft towels. It’s too bad they waited till the last day we were there. "Atraso no nosso check-in mesmo chegando cedo ao hotel. Quarto mal limpo com roupas de cama que deixaram duvidas se foram trocadas. Limpeza nunca correspondia a nossa solicitação. Ar condicionado com pombos fazendo ninho na máquina e com fezes por toda janela. Nao pudemos abrir a janela nunca devido as fezes de pombos. Localização excelente! "
