"La chambre est grande et bien propre, les commodité sont très biens. La salle de gym manquait de ménage, il y avait de la saleté sur les appareils et sur la télé des traces graisseuses. Il n’y avait pas de serviette dans la salle de gym ni dans la piscine. Le hall d’entrée est très grand et accueillant, le personnel très gentil et prévenant."

"This was not a good stay. When I arrived it took 20 minutes to get registered and checked in. I had booked with intention to use the Game Center in the hotel. It was not included at all and was told to just pay for it. The clerk did not care. The hotel room while neat was not washed the floor was swept but not cleaned. If a mop was used it was incredibly dirty I had to wash some spots so my toddler didn’t get dirty. Shower was ACTUALLY dangerous. Tiles in the bathroom are smooth in texture and...

"Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Management Response
During our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Quebec Resort, we left our personal bottle of alcohol on the table before leaving the room. When we returned, we noticed that a significant amount was missing. The four of us were certain of how much was originally in the bottle. We also found that the room had not been cleaned.
The following morning, my wife reported the incident to the manager on duty. Instead of taking our concern seriously, the...
