Sehr freundliches Personal, abwechslungsreiches FrĂŒhstĂŒck, grosse Zimmer. Leider fĂŒr Leute ĂŒber 1,75 m zu kleine Betten. Der Zugang zum Gardasee ist etwas weit weg.

Was first visit, driving between Munich and St Tropez. Hotel has everything you would need for a nice stay, staff friendly, hotel clean, on the old style but typical of most in Italy. Parking easy, well located, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Holiday hotel with a high service level.

We stayed for one night during the summer holiday. The hotel looks old and needs to be refurbished in the near future. The interior is old but very clean and the service is fantastic. We enjoyed the morning breakfast with a high level of service. The staff was well numbered, and the buffet was welcoming. Furthermore, the parking garage included charging bays for electrical vehicles. There is a small pizza place a few hundred meters away - fantastic pizzas!

War neu bestimmt mal schön, inzwischen aber nicht mehr sehr hochwertig. Schade! Was der Pool verspricht, rein optisch, kann der Rest nicht bieten: eingestaubte Plastikpflanzen, ĂŒberall blĂ€ttert Farbe ab. InfoaushĂ€nge in laminierten Folien, lieblos mit Klebeband befestigt in den Fluren und FahrstĂŒhlen. Unser Zimmer war zwar schön groß, weil behindertengerecht, aber unterm Bett lag noch (sichtbar!!) das Schokoladenpapier vom Vor-Gast, nebst etlichen Staubflusen. Im Bad nach jeder Dusche eine regelrechte Überschwemmung, durch die offene Dusche, FrĂŒhstĂŒck bei frĂŒher Abreise nicht möglich (6:30) - durch Subanbieter erst ab 7:30 Uhr.

L'albergo Ăš bello e dall'esterno Ăš proprio impressionante particolarmente di notte. L'unica caduta di stile sono le lampade sui comodini e il Phon che sono stati comperati dai cinesi.

Leider nicht wie erwartet

Wir hatten die "Suite" gebucht: Lieblos eingerichtetes Zimmer. Der "Balkon mit Poolblick" war winzig, und in einer Ecke von anderen Balkonen eingepfercht. Den Poolblick gab es nur fĂŒr große Menschen. Im Hotelflur stand ein herrenloser Einkaufswagen in der Gegend herum. Der Kaffee beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr schlecht. Das Hotelpersonal hingegen war sehr freundlich.

Wonderful spacious room with a view of the pool. Excellent bathroom / shower. Really nice clean pool with beach entries all around.Great breakfast. Safe underground parking. VERY nice and accommodating staff. Close to Restaurants of all kinds. Will stay there again next year. Garda is a MUST see
