"Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG was terrible. We were charged for parking and breakfast which we did not expect to based on our reservation and previous visits. There was construction going on in rooms around us and the water was turned off of several hours. "This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. "

"Overall room was fine and location reasonably close to the airport . The hotel sits across the street from a concert venue/bar and the music blared until 2am. Then for some reason at 4am they were loudly emptying the dumpsters in the area. Not the fault of the hotel but not a restful night unfortunately. "

"This property was centrally located and accessible to Peoria, Glendale and Scottsdale but set in a quiet area out of downtown areas. Staff was very responsive, multiple choices of pools with clean towels and well kept areas. Rooms were clean and maintenance was responsive when our safe needed new batteries. Felt very safe for my daughter and I traveling together. Resort restaurant was reasonable and good food onsite and room delivery. Will definitely return."
